Ils ont d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;appuyer d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but  sur des bases plus solides, au travers de framework et de best pratices.<br>C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 tout l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des podcasts , en tant que sources d&rsquo;information gratuite, faciles \u00e0 consommer, et permettant de s&rsquo;inspirer et d&rsquo;apprendre des autres, plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9inventer la roue.<br>Voici une s\u00e9lection de podcasts qui m\u00e9ritent votre attention. Mes choix se concentrent principalement sur les activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, telles que le messaging et le positionnement, le pricing ou le lancement de produits, plut\u00f4t que sur les aspects sociaux et li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les podcasts propos\u00e9s sont en anglais, car, \u00e0 ma connaissance, leurs \u00e9quivalents fran\u00e7ais n&rsquo;existent pas encore. Le podcast est sponsoris\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theproductlaunchmasterclass.com\/home\">product launch masterclass<\/a>, une formation en ligne payante sur ce sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sessions abordent en profondeur les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions des lancements de produits, et explorent \u00e9galement les diff\u00e9rents types de lancements de produits, depuis l&rsquo;introduction de nouveaux produits aux lancements majeurs ou aux lancements de releases mineures mais r\u00e9currentes. Il y a m\u00eame <a href=\"https:\/\/www.productmarketingalliance.com\/scale-podcast\/\">Scale<\/a>, un podcast d\u00e9di\u00e9 au march\u00e9 africain. C&rsquo;est un peu surabondant et la qualit\u00e9 et parfois in\u00e9gale. Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2015, anim\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/rebecca-kalogeris\/\">Rebecca Kalogeris<\/a>, et publiant ses \u00e9pisodes de mani\u00e8re hebdomadaire, il couvre les bonnes pratiques et les success stories du product management et du marketing produit.
